Nature and mental health: women with HIV in focus

Join aidsmap's Susan Cole and 4M Network's Angelina Namiba as they take a walk in nature and talk about the importance of looking after their mental health, and how being outside in green spaces can help emotional wellbeing.

Women living with HIV are more likely to experience mental health problems than the general population. There are lots of things you can do to help your mental health, including taking care of yourself and doing things you enjoy, staying connected with friends or family, and getting some exercise.
